Petroglyph Sites

There are numerous sites near Moab to view petroglyphs.  Some of the nearest and easiest to access sites are indicated below with directions on Google Maps:

Birthing Rock
(The large rock with the fence)

Moonflower Canyon
(Near Birthing Rock)

Potash Road Rock Art
(Look 10 ft up the cliff at the sign)

Golf Course Rock Art Site
(Near the Golf Course south of town)

Sego Canyon Petrogylphs
(North of I-70 but awesome)

Do not touch the petroglyphs as the oil in your fingers can damage the rock art.
